Yogi’s Family

In the winter of 1974, Kim walked into the Last Lift Bar at the base of Keystone Resort. She was taking a gap year from the University of Colorado to ski for the winter. Yogi and his friends opened the Last Lift that season. Yogi asked, “can you work here?” Little did he know, Kim was not yet of legal drinking age, but she replied “of course” and the rest is history. Yogi’s life was so incredibly full. They shared over 40 years of marriage together, 2 children (Leslie and Rip), and one grandchild, Miles. Yogi and his family traveled to Vancouver almost every year to see his late father Rod, wife and stepmom Oddrun, younger brother, Tod, his wife Amy, and their daughters Hailey and Kaitlin.
